The consultation process ran over two appointments in the late afternoon (which I greatly appreciated as they accommodated my work schedule). I appreciated that Allan took the time to understand my style and functional needs rather than forcing anything. We were able to go through every detail through a digital rendering of the kitchen design and a set of samples. This helped to visually walk through the kitchen and picture how I would move through the space (including ideas for a tea/coffee station - which I use daily). As a person who is very particular, I was deeply impressed with Allan's attention to detail (which included looking at the symmetry and balance of the kitchen).
When it came to the installation process, Allan was able to draw on his network and provide me with contact details for a kitchen reseller (who would be able to sell my old kitchen) as well as a builder for the work needed. The installation process ran slightly over two weeks (which included breaking down of walls etc.) with all teams being professional and tidy. Given that this was during the third Covid wave, I was appreciative that they were able to complete the work before further lockdowns.
All in all, I am extremely happy with the resulting kitchen and the service provided by Cromwell Kitchens (I've received many compliments on my kitchen!). Being a family business, I could see the care and pride they take in designing their kitchens. I would strongly recommend them.
